01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the jj8 website accessible at jj8.vin and all related services provided by our platform ("Services"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the jj8 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms take full effect from the moment you first use the jj8 platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use the jj8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. jj8 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your eligibility at any time.

• At least 18 years of age at the time of account registration.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits online wagering activities.
• Never previously banned from using jj8 services.
• Registering an account for personal use only, not on behalf of another person.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not listed on any currently active self-exclusion programme.

Jj8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member found to not meet the above eligibility criteria, including cancelling all credit balances and unprocessed winnings.

03 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jj8 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. jj8 uses a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to confirm the identity of all members before withdrawals are permitted.

• Full name as shown on a valid identification document.
• Accurate date of birth for age verification purposes.
• An active email address used exclusively for one jj8 account.
• A valid and active phone number registered in Malaysia.
• A strong, unique password to protect your account.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

Jj8 accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysian payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed instantly and funds will be credited to your account within minutes.

Withdrawal of winnings will be processed within 1 to 24 working hours, subject to successful KYC verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limits depend on your VIP membership level.
• All withdrawals must be made to a bank account held in the same member's name.
• Jj8 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal.

Jj8 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your bank or digital wallet provider may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

05 Bonus & Promotions

Jj8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms stated in each respective promotion. The general terms that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• Rollover requirements must be fully met before bonus withdrawals are permitted.
• Jj8 reserves the right to withdraw or modify the terms of any promotion without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including arbitrage and fraud, may result in account termination.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.
• Members who combine multiple accounts to claim bonuses will be subject to action.

06 Game Rules

All games available on the jj8 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and esports — have their own specific rules, which can be found in each game's help section. In general, the following terms apply to all game categories:

• All game results are final once confirmed by the jj8 system.
• Jj8 uses an independently certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, jj8 reserves the right to void or continue the round in question at our discretion.
• Bets placed during a network disruption will not be processed until the connection is restored.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs or system errors will result in the cancellation of winnings.

For live casino games, decisions made by the live dealer are final and cannot be disputed. jj8 uses internationally licensed software providers to ensure the integrity of every game.

07 Prohibited Conduct

Use of the jj8 platform is subject to a strict code of conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.
• Using funds from illegal activities to make deposits (money laundering).
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or platform bugs.
• Distributing offensive, threatening, or unlawful content through any platform communication channel.

08 Account Closure

You may close your jj8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure is processed, any remaining account balance is eligible for withdrawal subject to standard withdrawal terms.

Jj8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Activities suspected of involving fraud, collusion, or money laundering.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

If your account is terminated due to a terms violation, jj8 reserves the right to hold all account balances while an investigation is conducted. jj8's decision in this matter is final.

09 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, jj8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of wins due to technical disruptions or network failures beyond our control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing due to third-party factors.
• Losses arising from betting decisions you make yourself.

The maximum total liability of jj8 to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days preceding the incident.

10 Terms Amendment

Jj8 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time in response to operational requirements, legal changes, or platform improvements. All amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the jj8 website.

You will be notified of material changes via your registered email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the jj8 platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

• The "Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent amendment.
• You are encouraged to review this page periodically for any updates.
• If you do not agree with the amended terms, you have the right to close your account.

In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version of these Terms and the original English version, the original English version shall prevail.
